ACTIVITIES for GREENER SCHOOLS

We are presenting a list of activities which can be easily carried out at school and which will help teachers and students to go deeper into experiencing with initiatives directed towards increasing sustainability at school and in our own lives.

These materials are suitable for subjects such as: physics, chemistry, biology or any related to the care for the environment (which in the case of our school is Competences Project).



The activities were shared by PMS ERASMUS PLUS in the course organised by them: "Greener School for a Sustainable Future", carried out in Reykjavik in October 2023. They are open source and, in addition, they have kindly granted us permission to translate part of those materials into Spanish and upload them here. We are thankful for that.

Zero Waste is a project that was started bearing in mind the need for a change in our lifestyles if we want to preserve planet Earth. Six schools from several European countries, namely: Poland, Estonia, Sweden, Romania, Italy and Spain are taking part in the project. In two previous Erasmus+ projects: Upcycling Lives, developed at IES Canido (2021-2023) and Up cycling: A Project from Bottom to Top, developed at  Szkola Podstawowa Nr w Bieruniu, some  initiatives which we are planning to develop in this new project were born. ZERO WASTE POSTER

Here are several posters that we have created to promote our project amongst our fellow citizens.  We aim at inspiring them and hope a few will make some changes in their lives adopting the ideas we are proposing, which are really easy to carry out.                                           We designed a few posters and voted for the one we liked the best.
