BANK OF SEEDS

The beautiful bank of seeds we visited in the Beskidy Mountains was an amazing discovery to us. We learnt how important these initiatives are in order to preserve species for the future. We also found out that they pay special interest in planting and growing plants and trees which are essential for capercaillies and were surprised to know how well they are doing in this field.

It's an interesting place for a visit.

Zero Waste is a project that was started bearing in mind the need for a change in our lifestyles if we want to preserve planet Earth. Six schools from several European countries, namely: Poland, Estonia, Sweden, Romania, Italy and Spain are taking part in the project. In two previous Erasmus+ projects: Upcycling Lives, developed at IES Canido (2021-2023) and Up cycling: A Project from Bottom to Top, developed at  Szkola Podstawowa Nr w Bieruniu, some  initiatives which we are planning to develop in this new project were born. ZERO WASTE POSTER

Here are several posters that we have created to promote our project amongst our fellow citizens.  We aim at inspiring them and hope a few will make some changes in their lives adopting the ideas we are proposing, which are really easy to carry out.                                           We designed a few posters and voted for the one we liked the best.
